SBA HDO Disaster Assistance Guide - English Version

This guide provides key information about disaster assistance available to businesses and residents affected by natural disasters, specifically Hurricane Beryl. Key points include:

  • Loan Types: Businesses can borrow up to $2 million for physical damage and economic injury. Homeowners and renters can also receive loans for disaster-related repairs.
  • Interest Rates and Terms: Rates are as low as 4% for businesses, 3.25% for nonprofits, and 2.688% for homeowners/renters, with terms up to 30 years.
