Gymnastics participate on bars, beam, tumbling, vault, trampoline and Tumbl-Trak. They are grouped by age, but mostly by levels. Exclusive lesson plans, which rotate every 3-4 weeks to build up the skills of gymnastics and tumbling that are being taught.
